Vow wins a new biochar contract with NRS in Sweden

Vow ASA, through its subsidiary Scanship AS, is awarded a contract with NSR (Nordvästra Skånes Renhållnings AB) in Helsingborg, Sweden. The project will be first of its kind and serves as a brilliant example of the sustainable management of biomass residues. The contract demonstrates a great perspective for the biochar as carbon neutral and climate friendly commodity for the Scandinavian market. The total project value is SEK 20.8 mill and the plant is intended to be installed within 12 months from the contract signature. >>

Data Respons Q3 2019 – Best quarter in history

Data Respons achieved record-high revenues and profit in the third quarter of 2019. The company reported revenues of NOK 460 million, a growth of 35% from the same period in 2018 (11% organic growth). EBITA came in at NOK 55.6 million, a solid growth of 68%, representing a margin of 12.1%. The historically high result is a combination of both strong organic growth and new acquisitions, as well as demonstrates that Data Respons is a business-critical supplier to many large European companies that are in the early beginning of extensive digital evolutions. >>

Navamedic Q2 2019 – growth continues and separate listing of Medtech division

The growth continues for Navamedic and the company reported revenues of NOK 47.2 million in the second quarter of 2019, up 4.4% from the same period in 2018. The demerger and separate listing of the Medtech division has been approved and is expected to be completed in the beginning of November 2019. The demerger is expected to provide a platform for accelerated growth in both Pharma and Medtech. >>

High activity and record high order backlog for Scanship 1H 2019

Scanship reported revenues of NOK 181.3 million for first half 2019, an increase of 24% y/y, and EBITDA of NOK 22.6 million (12.5% margin), representing a growth of 39% y/y. During the period, Scanship has been awarded breakthrough contracts for its ‘Waste to Energy’ technology as well as additional contracts within its core cruise industry segment. The order backlog at the end of the second quarter was NOK 700 million, in addition comes options and sisterships which adds another NOK 330 million.>>
